The Flint Hills Community Health Center and the Lyon County Health Department will present their next "Chronic Disease Self-Management Program" June 7th-July 14th. It will be held Tuesday afternoons at 420 West 15th Avenue in Emporia. This FREE workshop is for patients, friends, and family members who have been diagnosed with a chronic illness such as diabetes, hypertension, lung disease, heart disease, arthritis, or any other chronic illness.
